Good Apple collects information via the following methods:
- Information you provide to us by filling out forms or sending information directly via goodapple.com, any Good Apple managed media page, or a Good Apple email address.
- Good Apple uses many common internet technologies, such as cookies, to keep track of users’ interactions with Good Apple and client digital properties and services, including, but not limited to, website traffic data, location data, weblogs, and the resources that you access. We may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, cookie ids, site user ids, operating system and browser type.
- Advertisements (“Ads”) which are delivered by Good Apple services through third-party providers. When Ads are served, information regarding your interaction with the Ads shown to you is collected by the third-party advertising exchange and measurement partners and may be provided to Good Apple. Good Apple and third-parties operating the ad serving platforms we use, collect and utilize interest, contextual, demographic, geo-location information, and device related info (i.e. device id and browser type, date and time stamps) and information related to Ads served (such as preferences, content viewed, clicks and views) in connection with delivering and measuring advertising.
- Our third-party service providers may set and/or access cookies or other data collection technology which collect information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites, mobile websites and/or mobile applications across your various devices, in order to provide content and advertisements about goods and services of interest to you across those various devices. How do we use the information collected?
Information collected may be used in the following ways:
- Contact you about our products and services or those of our clients or other third parties.
- Consider your candidacy for employment.
- Respond to questions or comments from website user
- Deliver Ads that include targeted, behavioral advertising based upon information compiled about users to provide more relevant advertising content. This data is used to help choose which Ads to deliver and to enhance our advertising and analytics capabilities as well as to offer analytics measurement and data enhancement services to our partners for their marketing and advertising purposes.

Good Apple is committed to protecting your privacy. Good Apple has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Good Apple has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. The types of data we are collecting under the Data Privacy Framework, the purposes for which each such type of data is being collected and used, and the types of third parties to which we may disclose such information (and the purposes of such disclosure) are set forth below.
Good Apple processes personal data for the following primary purposes:
- User/Client Experience: To provide core Good Apple services, manage our clients’ services based on our services engagement, enable communication and support, and improve the user/client experience.
- Marketing and Sales: To promote relevant products and services, personalize offers, and conduct market research in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
- Website and Online Service Functionality: To ensure the optimal performance of our websites and online services, analyze user behavior, and tailor content and interaction.
- Human Resources: To manage recruitment processes, employee onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, performance reviews, training, and compliance with relevant employment laws.
- Security and Compliance: To maintain network and information security, detect and prevent fraud, and adhere to legal and regulatory obligations.
The type of personal data and methods for collection that may be processed by Good Apple includes:
- Customer/Client Data: Names, contact information (email, phone, address), identification numbers, professional license id, customer id, purchase history, support interactions, payment details.
- Website/Digital Data: IP addresses, cookie ids, device id, probabilistic modeling to build consumer profile, website browsing behavior, device information, IP location, triangulation data, consumer check-in data, and interaction with online forms and advertisements.
Good Apple discloses covered personal data to the following types of third parties when necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above:
- Service Providers: Cloud storage providers, analytics platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) software providers, email marketing service providers. Good Apple will only transfer personal information to a third party where such third party has given written assurances that it provides at least the same level of privacy protection as required by the Data Privacy Framework
- Business Partners: In limited cases with limited scope, for joint marketing initiatives or service offerings, with clear privacy safeguards in place in which such party has given written assurances that it provides at least the same level of privacy protection as required by the Data Privacy Framework.
- Legal and Regulatory Authorities: As required by law, court orders, or other legal processes.
In accordance with the Data Privacy Framework, EU and UK individuals and Swiss individuals whose data is collected may have a right to access personal information regarding them, and to limit use and disclosure of their personal information or to object to their personal data being used for any purpose materially different from the purposes disclosed to them or stated within this Privacy Policy, by contacting Good Apple’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dataprivacy@goodapple.com.
In accordance with the Principles set out in the Data Privacy Framework, Good Apple remains liable for any processing of Data Privacy Framework Information by third parties that provide services or handle transactions on our behalf where such processing is inconsistent with the Principles and Supplementary Principles of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) (collectively as “Data Privacy Framework Principles”), unless Good Apple was not responsible for the event giving rise to any alleged damage.
The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Good Apple’s compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Good Apple is responsible for personal data that we receive under the Data Privacy Framework, including where we transfer such personal data to a third party acting as our agent. Please be aware that we may be required to disclose personal data that we receive under the Data Privacy Framework in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Data Collection Sub-Section Applicable for California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA)
Under the CCPA, Good Apple must disclose what information it collects, uses, discloses and sells. California residents also have the right to:
- Request disclosure of our data collection and sales practices as they relate to you, including the categories of personal information we have collected, the source of the information, our use of the information and the categories of personal information disclosed or sold to third parties, if applicable, including information about the categories of third parties to whom such information was disclosed or sold.
- Request a copy of the specific personal information collected about yourself during the 12 months before your request.
- Request the deletion of information collected about you – with specific exceptions outlined in the text of the CCPA; however, we may retain information that has been de-identified or aggregated.
- Opt-out of the sale of your personal data.
- Not be discriminated against for choosing to exercise any of these rights.
- Authorize an agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf – if you use an authorized agent to exercise any rights, you must provide the authorized agent written permission to do so, and we may deny the request if the authorized agent does not submit proof that it has been authorized by you to act on your behalf.

- Information that is lawfully made available from federal, state or local government records
- De-identified or aggregated information
- Information excluded from the scope of the CCPA, such as:
- Health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) or clinical trial data
- Personal information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act of 1994
Request Verification
- In any access or deletion request that you make pursuant to this notice, you should include your full name, e-mail address, and clear instructions regarding changes and/or information you are requesting in sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to your request. In addition, we ask that you please provide sufficient information to enable us to reasonably verify that you are the person (or an authorized representative of the person) regarding whom we collected the personal information. Generally speaking, verification will be performed by matching the identifying information provided by you to the personal information that we already have. Depending on the sensitivity of the data involved in the request, this process may vary in the verification steps.
- In order to protect the security of your personal information, we will not honor a request if we cannot verify your identity (or, in the case of an authorized representative, authority to make the request) and confirm that the personal information relates to you. With respect to any requests to delete your data, once we receive and verify your request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception under applicable law applies. If we cannot comply (in whole or in part) with a request, the response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply.

Protection for Minors
This Site is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from or about any person under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian learns that a minor has provided us with personally identifiable information, that minor’s guardian should send a request to Good Apple marked “Under 18 Privacy Concerns” if they would like the information submitted by the minor deleted from our database. We will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
